Technical background and customer interaction ensures a powerful contribution to the enhancement of existing products, and the design of new products. Heads the team responsible for sales, marketing and channel management activities.

Manages all product development and support. Ramassh has occupied a leading role in the OTL Software development team for the past 8 years and previously held system administration positions with a number of large organisations. Ramassh combines real-world administration experience with a disciplined approach to product development and support. Ramassh has a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Micro-Electronics.
